My journey in understanding the causes of ailments, illnesses, and mental disorders has led me through various stages. I began with manual bodywork techniques through massage, reflexology. The next step was exploring techniques that affect the subtle layers of our bodies, including sound work and bioenergy therapies. Life then led me to the mind and traumatic experiences of my past. I trained in the psychosomatic approach of Recall Healing/Total Biology. The IFS (Internal Family System) was a breakthrough. Differentiating the personality into subpersonalities, or Parts in IFS terminology, and defining the Self (I) as the central element of the personality unified my earlier learning and connected it with discoveries from my personal journey of spiritual exploration.

        My spiritual path has had many pitstops. Beginning with spiritual experiences as a young boy in Christian circles. My curiosity led me through beliefs of various cultures, from mainstream religions to shamanic beliefs and practices. While traveling the world, I had the opportunity to discuss, practice, and test various approaches. Over time, I discovered that the foundations of all beliefs are the same, although overwritten and distorted over time, seems to be different. My desire to learn and my curiosity grew. I wanted to know all about the whole existence and who am I in all of that. My desires were answered, and I was given the privilege to learn ways to connect with various beings beyond the matter of our world. A deeper understanding of the meaning of existence and the interactions between worlds allowed me to develop an attitude of openness, respect, and love for all existence. Both the light and the dark sides. This, in turn, positively impacted my IFS sessions with clients. Unintentionally, I specialized in working with conscious external energies (unattached burdens) that can sometimes be encountered while exploring our parts.

        Currently, I primarily work with the IFS approach.

        In some cases, I also offer one or two sessions of energetic cleansing using the Soul Center Healing Hypnosis method.
